We currently are not shipping outside of the United States however we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

What is your shipping policy?

All sales are final, non-returnable & non-refundable. Collection Lounge products are collectible items that cannot be restocked or resold. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

What is your return policy?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment. You can click here to track the current status of your order, you will only need the order number or tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Due to the speed in which our products sell out we can’t guarantee a restock. However you can be one of the first to be notified when a sold-out product is restocked! Just enter your e-mail address on any sold-out product's page to be contacted when it is back in stock!
